elimination of dual enrollment is it the one that they take college courses in PPS? if so they can actually take it a college or CCAC in which have to pay for text books, the course etc. are doing away with the dual enrollment program in which they can not attend a college campus or CCAC also? meaning this dual enrollment goes hand to hand with the Pgh. Promise here we go again was there fact finding ans=d research would it be feasible to eliminate program
those BLUE CHIP SCHOOLS would even not bring it into conversation or this was GATES/Broad consultant what is the board position have not really heard from them?

The dual enrollment cut was from the state. It is funded by Pennsylvania, not PPS. So, there is not much of a connection with the Pgh Promise. Not hand in hand.

And the state also cut the governor's program. When budget choices need to be made, opportunities for students who are already achieving at high levels to maximize their potential and reach the highest levels of achievement have not been viewed as a priority.
