What about NAME DELETED- another golden guy part of team Hamlet on leave since December- accused of sexual harassment by 3 women, still getting paid - doesn't PPS care about women? "

VERY terrible situation. Incredibly hard to work at this school after the sexual harassment that was allowed to happen, and then after NO DOUBT the investigator’s decision was overturned by someone sympathetic to the guilty project manager/coach. Now this man is known to be returning to the same school he victimized women in. Unbelievable. Everyone who has something to do with this situation in PPS should be ASHAMED.

Has anything been published or reported by media on the situation or is this strictly confidential personnel issues and only those involved know details?

funny how these accusations came out after he was hired as coach over her. Whenever folks don't get their way they always want to find lies to spread. She wasn't disliking those comments when she was saying them.

People who blame victims of sexual harassment, and say the victims caused the abuse or lied about it, are the worst kind of enablers of rapists, harassers and abusers. It takes so much strength to come forward when someone has embarrassed and humiliated you with inappropriate and sexual comments in the workplace. Coming forward, recounting what was said to people repeatedly, is reliving that humiliation over and over. Letting the news use your voice, when you know your students, co-workers, family, administrators and friends will hear every horrifying and gory detail takes incredible courage.
I feel sorry for the person who wrote this comment, above. They would disparage the victims to further their own goals, whatever they are. Meanwhile, Rutherford’s victims are speaking out at great personal sacrifice to their own personal dignity, time, peace and emotional and physical health to warn others about this man’s behavior, which the District has chosen to ignore. #MeToo #DoBetterPPS #ObamaMamaOnAlert

How can the school overlook sexual predators? This shows that they do not have our kids in mind. Where is their protection and safety? It is horrible that they think this is okay. He obviously did something wrong to get moved to Obama. But what about those kids and teachers over there? I can't let my kids come back to PPS next year. Having sexual predators in schools is obviously bad for the kids and adults.

Race trumps poor behavior- students and teachers victimized- protect the man of color at all cost- move to another building- victimize other students & other teachers- football coaches, teachers & principals protected to harm again- outrageous- shame on PPS - it's all acceptable - after all the head leader was hired even though he is a liar- no morality- no ethos
