PA Senate Education Committee rejects graduation exams

The committee complained that the administration agreed to a costly contract for exams without sufficient input from legislators.

Simply put, the best news to come out of Harrisburg is a win for taxpayers and educators alike. Someone needs to introduce education department wonks to their life's work. Excessive, bloated, bureaucratic testing is NOT what our kids need.
Perhaps Senator Orie will look to run PPS in the future. We can use her.
