It has been interesting to follow the Wilkinsburg school district and its new school board leadership of the last 3 to 4 yrs. Financially they have righted themselves from years of mismanagement. Structurally they have partnered with PPS by integrating their middle and high school students into Westinghouse. Hard work netting significant results and opportunity for students.

It has been said that Superintendent Iverson is focused on academic achievement. A high hurdle . They are in a position to fight for it.

Can you explain these significant results in detail? Is it going from repulsive behavior to just terrible behavior, or is it going from low below basic to high below basic?
