The Open East End Panel now has a wiki listing members, meeting dates, relevant articles and data, and meeting minutes.

If a meeting is held and there is no one there to comment, does it make a sound???? Ooops. Wrong philosophical conundrum.

Some people were there to comment. So, we dodged those angles dancing on the head of a pin tonight.

As one of the coordinators of the Open East End panel, my impression is that the 3 minutes before the mike format is not optimal. Many people seem more comfortable with a give and take session. This is the was our panel meeting was conducted, and all 20 people at the meeting had thoughtful comments to make.
