So now they're calling him a Clairton teen. I wonder what his ties are to PPS. I bet he is or was a PPS student.
It does seem unlikely for a teen with no connection to PPS to know about or target schools or a school district he had no connection to.
i hope that with the help the kid gets he can never repeat such actions again. restorative justice.
