Although we would like to foster constructive dialogue, PURE Reform does not edit content. The views expressed by bloggers in this forum are not necessarily views held by PURE Reform.

On another note, at our urging, the after school program at U-Prep called, The Zone, and some community folks there are going to do a candidate debate for a city council in The Hill District. I don't know the details yet.
I do NOT know if the students and their student group has the capacity at this time to do another event such as a school board candidate debate.
I do think that is a valuable activity. Years ago I organized one at our Elem School, Phillips.
The PTO did it.
If there are events, let me know. I have been known to go to candidate events with my video camera and record what unfolds and post it to YouTube, etc.

As on now, 121 have said that they will attend. See the Facebook page.

Thanks for the mention too.
Mr. Rauterkus this is great for all involved.
I feel you could bring up have debates for the school board candidates to attend in the same format. You are welcome to take to another level.
Maybe they will need Refs and security for the debators-the
sparing between the candidates.
I would like to see after the primary an independent like Jack Wagner come forth as a candidate.
He was a great auditor in his State position.
I feel next we need a Mayor that is going to facilitate PPS and look at the consultant fees and mismanagement.
Also, I have another question regarding a seperate topic-when will the Lellock tril take place and why was it not in late January?
This case could be the knife to hurt PPS and bring many questions forth in regards to PPS ADM.
