Every legislative session begins with the report on student discipline, "X# suspended and assigned to a different school, etc..." It is the number of repeat offenders that should be reported to judge what is working or not, BPIS, Promise as an incentive, reassignment, in-house and others we non-educators might not know.

Article about research from Chicago says Schools are safer if there is higher achievement and better relationships with adults.

BTW, my $.02 and the link had NOTHING to do with conditions at Brashear. My remarks just fit into the reading of the day and this posting about security.
