I wish this was surprising, there have long been issues at Clayton, how do students stand a chance for reform... Can someone confirm or deny this information, related to safety in PPS: " a new student at Westinghouse shushed her classmates when she couldn't hear the teacher, some students in the classed jumped the student, who then needed medical care"
The act of stabbing is an act of violence whether it is with a knife, fork, or pencil. It should not be minimized because the student used a pencil. The student obviously has serious anger issues and needs psycho-therapy.

It was only a pencil...
News reports said the teacher needed stitches though.
