Well, we know they have the money. Have you tried contacting Mr. Ghubril?
I have talked to the scholarship manager in the past who assured me it would be paid after the drop/add time. That seems to be long past due.
There is at least one university in PA with an add/drop deadline of October 16- so maybe they are waiting until after the latest add/drop period...
