No one can tell what is in someone's heart and mind, and no one really knows why someone else receives a job, scholarship, grant, contract, consulting position, etc. But to maximize public confidence it is best for elected officials to avoid even the APPEARANCE of special favors from the district or organizations closely associated with the district.
Had to remove part of a comment by Anonymous since certain types of comments should have a high level of proof before they are posted- but here is the remainder of Anonymous's comment:
"Hazuda was unemployed when she joined the Board. She took a job with UPMC(Mark Roosevelt buying board members??)soon after. She also had a Hazuda jump over people for a teaching job. Maybe another family member with district since she joined board. Any wonder she soooo loves roosevelt and fischetti."

Per the article she works in health care. Is this for UPMC, beginning soon after she joined the board?
